parents are doing what they can and have always been doing so hence Obama being president, but most parent's cant afford to pay their children's college tutuion......then u get a dickhead like Romney or the Republicans who want to get rid of pell grants and financial aid becasue they know most blacks cant go to school without them; they just want us to be dumb poor as slaves....
