Is it bushes fault blacks are seeing higher and higher unemployment? I thought Obama was supposed to fix that.

well its bush's fault this country got in the shape it did, unemployment was higher than it is now when he left office except for all the troops he had them all kinds of workin!and ive been in construction all my life and i know i can tear somethin down a lot faster than i can build it ! and u all think obama should have had bush's 8 years of fuckin everything up fixed completely within 4 years !!!

Obama promised to fix discrimination and guaranteed jobs for blacks? Was he the one who didnt vote for the jobs bill? Nope the Republicans truly "FIXED" That!!!

171,000 jobs in October .Unemployment went up .1% because of layoffs in the same month but the percentage of of unemployed blacks is and probably always will be higher then other races. And that number you posted is just of the employable blacks who can declare unemployment.
