thats what you don't grasp.i don't talk down per se'..i try to talk them up..most of this thread has been me and hokie promoting self responsibility and take charge of your lot in life..if thats talking down..so be it....your situation is heart wrenching..and any aid or assistance you recieve has been bought and paid for by you..but the 21 yo old in the hood or suburban teenage mother w/ 3 kids looking to pad the monthly check..well that doesnt fly in my book....yes,i go to church every sunday,i volunteer at a youth sports outlet,i donate my hard earned money to social causes..but i also wanna see waste fraud and abuse cleaned up in social welfare type programs..who doesn't??
