Alright as inmates change their names that is mostly unnoticed unless that inmate is notorious. Before it comes to everyone's knowledge much of the time is passed away or may be if you are not active for a week or so, you will probably see some new names but old levels even it happened with gender change.

If you know someone who changed their name then write here saying

"Prisoner1234 is now Prisoner4321" or something that best fits to your style

Or may be quote

Also we will keep a track on all pervious names of person(s)

Because people suggested that to have a name record on person's profile or something like that was denied by the staff so why not make this on your own?

if scammers/turds does it they're probably already listed on the enemylist (probably with notes on them) so they'll still be listed there lol
