try looking if this was suggested first could't find anything so:

 

Would be handy to see in your friendlist  if somebody is in inf or iso, 

 

example:

 

green = online 

red     = offline

??      =  infirmary 

??      =  isolation

 

this way you can easily  see if a friend is in the inf or so..
