You still can if you buy out of the infirmary. That's the only way that I know of currently.

Nah, I haven't touched it yet. Bigger fish and all that.

It's still possible to get 1 HP by chugging Beer though.

When one gets attacked and isod you can pay out of the infirmary then the iso and you get 0 hp
