That is a lie that the media tries to put over, the Regular troops are out but fact is over 60000 "contractors" or "mercanaries" remain there from organisations such as XE secruity which take government contracts.

These guys face no "court-marshing" or disaplining outside of their organisation, and grab less media attention.

actually they fall under iraqi laws jurisdiction.. but R.I.P. to all those who lost their lives that day and in the wars that followed.
