Again, explain this idea in terms of mechanics that Prison Block uses. There are no "lifts" in training in PB. There are no "reps" either.

What about runners?

Try actually forming a question that makes sense and can be answered before you post! This has nothing to do with runners as they basically don't train, unless they move prison.

Brought this one up to Mu. We're thinking, no, because even after the clarification as to what a rep means to you (ie, full energy drain train), it's harder to track if someone doesn't use a full energy drain, whether that would be a "rep" or a "half-rep" or what. If you wanna know, like, how many times you clicked the mouse, you can probably track yourself.
