new prison is good idea but limited on inmate levels as with the three we have so how about a all in one asylum no level advantage random chance win loose for both fighting and crime all players all levels

That would cause a major overhaul of the economy. Things would be pretty chaotic at first, and it could takes some time to stabilize again. It would be interesting, though.

i was thinking more of it being more along the lines of a short term stop over or maybe even a punishment rather than a permanent residences nobody would want to stop there long term if everything was random chance two new prisons sounds good
