I have a i-mac and i recently was given a 'Oblivion' Game but it only works on PC.. I am wondering is there a way around this like emulators etc... HAs anyone ever done it and how much did it cost?? Thanks

Check the website and see if they have a mac version for the game, that's all I can suggest. o.o

u can try to format it to a fat32 or the prg file. did it say its compatible for both?

theres also linx based operating systems that run over a mac platform that can be used to play pc games on mac

Ben, the program you'll need is called Parallels, you can get it at the apple store or at parallels.com, it's 64.99 GBP, or you can download a trial, which is of course limited and good for only 14 days - in order to use it you will need a fully licensed copy of some version of Windows to install on the virtual machine, then you can install the PC game into the virtual machine and play there - performance may be slightly lower than what you'd get running it straight thru windows, but huge improvements have been made to limit any problems. If your mac is new enough, and has the dual boot capability, you can simply create a partition and install windows there and you'll be able to boot your mac into windows. Hope that helps

if you download "virtual pc"(thats the name of the program) you can set all your performance stuff how much ram you want to allow it to use etc. if you need an xp cd key message me. as that would probably be the best OS to run on a virtual machine because it takes the least resources to use.
