Personally i find it a load of bollocks and put it down to parents not being able to handle their kids if i was a kid today and i behaved like i did when i was a kid there is not dought that some1 would have tried giving me drugs for adhd.....but now as an adult i am a pretty normal member of society  which makes me think its bullshit and does not exist.......after your thoughts?? 

I agree..just a con being played by pharmeceutical companies and doctors to pad their pockets..ia swift kick in the ass and sent to bed w/ no dinner will cure most of those medically prescribed adolescent malidies

there is a difference between being a naughty kid... and having ADHD or ADD or Conduct disorder or Oppositional Defiance Disorder... just like there is a difference between sadness and Depression...

IM not saying everyone is diagnosed or medicated properly but adhd itself is real.

i do realise that but i still find it hard to believe ....i mean how can you tell if a child or adult is not just lively??......people who take the meds who" suffer" from it say they do not feel like themselves when on medication.......so how can that be right??

there is a difference between being lively and ADHD ... some people are slap happy with diagnosing and prescribing and some parents just want an answer to why their kids are not doing as they want ... so they jump for an ADHD diagnosis... but there is definitely ADHD

It must have been about in the 30's 40's 50's and so on......but we did not drug people for it??? and i don't know of 1 granddad or grandma who says his/her live was shit coz he had to live with it?? do you??
