Having an organized auction every month is a perfect way to make money and carry more and new items, drugs, weapons.... ect ...ect.  The auction can be in every prison. Charge a small fee to become involved with the auction. And have trsutly loyal people run the auction....

I agree that for now you can use the forums to do this. For something that's run by the game itself there's always the lottery.
