Thought it might be nice to maybe add a few additional items that could be found in yard search

that cannot be purchased in items shop such as: lockpicks, raw weed, cranberry juice, slice of block cake etc. Annnd, that's it

not dramatically, 6 packs are still pretty valuable, and i know if i had a chance at finding a cornucopia, no matter how rarely, i'd be out there every hour on the hour too
