It takes me more than 20 sec to do that can that time be lowerd bcoz i accidentlyy overwrite my crime cell with other cell preset and now it is taking ages to go back to that cell????????

the My cell -page is slow, but if its taking anyone as long time as 15 seconds + per amenity or cell its most likely your own net thats messed up
