So i was just thinking here that is being a leader of a gang worth all the work ? any profit what so ever ? 

I was thinking to start my own gang someday...

Not worth it!! All work lttle time to play the game. Too busy solving members problems.If I had to to it over,I would not start my own gang. My 2 cents worth.

it aint hard work if u got a structured and compitent gang like us "Riot Squad"...if u got discipline u aint gotta worry bout problem in ya squad, and dats whatlower rank goons r 4...tha leaders just make all tha bread and only get dirty when its a war or gettin fucked wit directly
