I thought if something was listed in New Jersey that people in arizona and putnam cant see it.. is that still right or not? 

someone messaged me saying its not right and u can see in all prisons and always have..

please say if people in arizona and putnam can see if its listed in jersey

If u list something at NJ, it is only available for NJ

but if u list some amenity at putnam then AZ people can see it
