Unfortunately, it doesn't work like that. Most schools will either:

A. Fine your parents (My cousin's parents got find $200)

B. Suspend you

"Wait, B doesn't sound so bad." Some schools say that if you get suspended five times, FIVE TIMES, then you will be expelled. Some people just can't risk it.

The schools are really cracking down on this "no fighting" thing.

EDIT: They are also cracking down on the "bullying" thing too. If a teacher is told that someone is getting bullied, they will do a serious investigation on the victim and the subject. This investigation can go on for weeks until the bully is either caught or if no evidence is found. If the bully is caught, they can face charges from the victim (if the victim wishes to).

Let me also include that this investigation can take up an enormous amount of time from both sides. So it's either you lay off of bullying someone or man up and take the bullying (I don't suggest this for Amanda Todd).
