think its sorta a good idea. something like amnesia dust lol...makes u forget stuffs.

If you gain experience point you can never take them away again (unless you hammer a long nail into you brain through the nostrils, or something like that).

Runners will eventually have to move up the ladder as well IMHO, so I think some ammens/items or other stuff that makes you loose xp/decrease the xp gain/or halt the xp is a bad idea. It would only be abused by some!

I don't like this idea... simply... it allows people to level squat... in a more complicated thought process... say someone who has a stack of stats... grabbed this... what would happen... would they be able to gradually decrease their exp so they ended back in putnam to beat the crap out of people... seems kind of weird to me

I think u all are...not literally missing the point but u ar missing the point...maybe the amenite culd be real rare not in wardens office. and maybe it can take away like only 5% of ur experince or so? Name could be "bottle of amnesia dust"
