Did I miss something here?

I think he is trying to say that when you lookat the hit list (prison on personal ones) he wants to see whether some is not only online but not in the infirm - to save on clicking on someone to hit them only to find they are not attackable.

Oh, I don't care about his idea, the guy can suffer one more click.

I'm wondering why he claims he searched, and that this idea hasn't been suggested before. But then he says (in so many words) that it has been suggested before.
