i say,we pick a number for the raffle 1st?

They way it is now,is the way lotto should be,because its the random one selected.But there are now many inactives who got toilets and ps3s and many stuffs,So this isea can worked out in this way..say there should be a time limit to Redeem ur prize,ya,i agree,it shd be with warden,good point.If they failed to collect,its better to give the amenity to them,who spent the most "favours" in that particular lottery.In that way u can save another lottery+ deserved award who sometimes spend over 400 favs.

They should atleast be a level 2

it's random, it's fine, keep it the way it is

people sometimes dont claim their lottery prize. so i think we should keep it this way. forget my earlier post

The winner played for a couple of hours used his free favor to play the lottery and never even came back. Just like you have to be 18 to play the lottery you should have to be atleast level 2 to play. or have a different lottery in each prison. Just my 2 cents
