Luck is a factor in a lot of games that I wasted part of my childhood on

Final Fantasy for instance.. works quite well there. Can't really see how it could be properly implemented here though.

Only way I could see it is superstition based shit like a four leaf clover amenity or something increasing the chances of winning against stronger opponents or crimes.
