Anybody workout?
COREY1T...yup u should b eating bout 5-6 times a day but not shit like pizza n crap like that

to gain muscle its lift heavy on low reps, increase weights and reps slowly, to tone your body more its medium weights high reps hope that helps ya gain muscle and weight
Free weights 90% of the time if thats what u mean. I rarely touch the machine weights.. I lift every other day, So Mon-Wed-Frid-Sun..
If that didnt answer ur question, what did u mean?
nah how much do u lift when ur doin reps cuz i only freeweight as well exsept for like treadmills n shit but thats different
Aw ok when im doin reps.. I lift 150lbs.. I do 3sets 8 reps
if u been doin that for a while u might wanna up it a cuple pounds but then ur max out should get higher n max out can only b 1 rep its jus whats the most u can lift u dont have to keep doin sets wit it...but yeah id say get more carbs b4 u lift....my boy works out like crazy n hes really short like 5'4 but hes crazy jacked but he eats mad weird shit n eats alot
Yea imma try that, and me and my homebody only do our max out with the reps just to push each other see who can lift their max the most... My bro is about 5'4 210, maxin out at 300lbs doin about 7-8reps, but he uses creatine on his workouts..
imma try to eat more carbs before the workout.. That eating shit is probably where im messin up to.. I eat breakfast, lunch, dinner.. Most likely gotta up my eating cause i gotta high metabolism.. and I know smokin weed dnt help either
you need to consume more calories....drink some protein shakes or some mass gainers shakes a half hour after you work out and another one before u go to sleep...just gotta read whats in them and figure out whats best for u and im not a big fan of the ones that are loaded with creatine

i used maxi-muscle pro gain drinks and i did that 1 before i train about30-60 mins before and 1 after 30-60 mins. There not for every one but you can get high carbohydrates ones or low carbohydrates ones choose what you want but in america you have more to choose from. Also i was 9 stone wet through with the shakes i got to nearly 14 stone and went to the gym 5-6 times a week but as i put too much weight on i then had to loose some but yes about 6 meals a day. I've got 2 good books about training etc and what food and they are great. So go to a library and it might help to borrow a book about training even if it only helps you do 1 thing then its worth your time
Hope this helps

Death_H...Sod all that gym stuff... I climbed a lot of trees as a kid and now I am pretty stacked! (being 6'4" helps too). lol

jshank718I don't know how long you been working out but first have to find out what works for your body.
I recommend smart gainer for weight gain. If your lactose intolerant mix it with water but if not mix with milk. I mixed it with water and since my car accident I lost the weight. Mixing with milk will help you keep the weight.
I do mostly calisthenics with weights on me for more resistance and when I do lift I stay away from free weights. Using machines for weights isolates the muscle & only uses that muscle.
as far as food chicken & fish. NO pork ! Steak medium rare once every 2 months. Don't eat ANYTHING white especially white sugar, rice & bread. For every 11 egg whites eat one egg with yolk.
Flax seeds is a must & make sure you get a good multi vitamin (depending on where you live get one without iron). Stay away from sweets & sugar (candy soda etc). Get your sugar naturally from fruits.
There's a small natural fitness store on my block but you can get everything from cheapvitamins.com
I been into fitness since I was 10. 5"11 (Now) 188 lbs. Trying to get back to 210 lbs.
