Yes. I think just because this is where people actually do crimes. I made 1000 in putnam and 2mil in az so yes you make more money, But in putnam you can sell stuff in az for more money then you bought it for which makes you good money.

at your level.. spend the day searchin yard in Putnam... go flip the large waters & blunts for profit in AZ.. only train when u in Putnam though to get ya stats up better.. also it helps if u find an AZ connect so u won't have to wait for it to sell on market..
