-Discuss payment options if you think 50k is to little. (PS im open to price discussion fyi)

-Demention must equal atleast or near  500px × 200px

Im not a graphic artist, but they are going to need the original, unflattened version. Also, animating pictures is a bitch. You'll need somebody who knows flash.
