why can't girls have tattoos on their heads? look up there... plenty of space to rent up there (inside and out )...

also, could it be possible to layer extras? I mean, I want the bandaid on my face AND a tattoo on my neck... I know it could clutter an avi, but it doesnt hurt to suggest...
