i still think it could work... and even more so with a couple of divisions... there is timing factors... like say the use of cheeseburgers which seems to be a more frequent phenomenon of late ... so there would be some tactical stuff... observing who is doing what... etc etc...

Can't work yo, cuz lets say you catch them off guard, they're faster so they or someone else will mug you back anyway. There's just no way someone slower can win it, unless the fastest is only the fastest by a few mil then MAYBE it can go either way according to splice/drugs, but then it's basically down to the top 2.
