I have proof, I have asked peak to send me the mail link (only available to the 2 participants in the message), and can confirm that the mail was sent/archived but for some reason not delivered. For some reason this only occurs when he replies, so it is possible for him to send you new messages without this error coming up.

We know this now, but we can not confirm whether he did or did not know this before the alleged scamming.

OK that might be so but he has the PP address to send payment to so whats the excuse for not paying his share???? he even posted the spot he was supposed to pay at but chose to not pay so fuck this scamming little cunt

I HAVENT PAID BECAUSE THE SITUATION HAS GOT ESCELATED OUT OF CONTROL PARTIALLY BECAUSE OF THE ISSUES I AM HAVING WITH MY MAIL. IT IS FAR MORE COMPLEX THAN SIMPLY RETURNING IT.

its as simple as bud said. you have her PP address. just send her the money. screenshot if you want and show it to the people beating you down, if they decided to keep infirming you, you could only blame yourself.
