using favors u can buy limited addition black market weapons and armour which would benifit u more than regular stuff like for example : Swat Undercover amour level uknown price unknown stats: plus 10% health per level plus 24 defense minus 10 speed per level u know and u gota buy it with favours cause it seems stupid that u can only buy cell items with favours
