Its in reference to something or someone doing something absurd or putting up a front, to where the other person uses the selected phrase to tell them to stop the bullshit talk.

SuperSonic your a notorious sniper yourself and you have admitted this yourself. Making a thread and calling someone a foreign cunt is just going to escalate things and eventually it's going to get to a point where things get pretty silly. You should of asked for the DVD back all relaxed and you would of got it back without the hassle but to be honest you've made things about 10 times worse for throwing a tantrum.
