If you would like to manage your own folder and images I can assign you FTP access to do so for a flat rate per month (PM me for pricing) - no porn images will be allowed.

Also, on topic, the first thing that crossed my mind was what jaymeal said... even IF you delete the banner that they have on their page, they can easily steal some other members and upload it to another site and bam the whole concept is dead.

Hate to be the one crashing your idea but I doubt this is anything anyone will ever have control over, stick to the old infirm and hits id say!
