Hey guys I just got crapped on by Verizon Wireless' AMAZING customer service and their fucked site that loads 1kb/sec...

Heres the background... I wanted to add another line to my service... and I still havent done so.... the site took me an hour to load... (I have 7mb internet... which isnt impressive in my opinion) and then no store within miles that has good phone... and then the phone customer service.... o.O BULL SHIT 100%.

So what do you guys use? Price? Customer service? Overall happiness? Please enlighten me.

Im a verizon customer and they have always been great for me. the site loads up perfectly. if you order the phone online you save a ton of cash. The almost always offer free shipping and activation and online instant rebates.

I have cell ,home phone, internet and TV with them and the price is very reasonable

ive had verizon but i have the iphone right now wit at&t.  verizon has the best service by far. in my opinion, customer service too.  7mb of data is absolutely nothin really considering a non mobile site uses sometimes 500kb just to open.  but if not verizon, at&t is #2

7MB isnt imperessive?

well i guess it all depends on how often u use ur phone for the internet.

by what they charge it aint... I pay around60$ just  for the phone nd services and thats rediculous when metro PCS is offering me 40$ for all those and unlimited calls..... Im on 420 minutes and unlimited txt with iphone with internet....

As for the customer service its terrible... I was waiting for the site for hours... and then when I try contacting them the page doesnt load..... when they pick up all they could say is "im sorrY" and offer me 5$ off...

Metro PCS can do that because their coverage sux. I have never had issues with network coverage with verizon

exactly, u get what u pay for. verizon is the most expensive becuz its the best.  60$ is a normal basic cell phone bill nowadays.  pretty much anything less den that ur sacrificing service

You guys should be happy with that,i also paying around 60$ for 2MB just for internet,dont get free calls etc.

Offcorse we dont live in same contries,just say that 7Mb is awesome connection
