When you put a hit out on someone you should get options to block certain users from signing up on that hit.

Because a lot of the time these people get there friends to do the hit on them, you might as give them youre money.

I think this is the only Flaw in the hit system.

no, because

that said person can easily abuse this by adding a majority of power

players to the friends list making them harder to hit.

NO, because people can grief and

be dicks by blocking them when they reach 99%

yea hit list is only to make people suffer not to decide who want what so even if their friends hit them they are being hit and ur money is getting worth of it lolzz

put a hit on their friends as well & if that doesn't work then do it yourself.. hitlist system isn't at all flawed.. folks jus gotta stop bein so lazy in general.. it only makes sense to put somebody on the hitlist if their in a different prison & scared to transport..
