Im not sure if it would be worth your time to implement depending on the level of difficulty and time consumption but would it be possible to be able to have the option to block everyone from a certain prison or everyone thats not in your prison or option to block say levels 5 or 10  and lower or however you feel would be the best way. I really have no need to talk to anyone from any other prison anymore besides my select few runners cause i cant go their and have no real control over what happens there and the only people in the game i really need to talk to are in my prison. It would just be nice to be able to block them mails from lower levels introducing them selves and begging for cash or asking simple pointless questions but still leave me available to the people in my prison. It just gets annoying sometimes when im trying to powertrain or crime really quick and dont want to be bothered over something not important.

I'm not sure this is something that's worth implementing. It doesn't seem like too many have the problem to the point where they need a secretary.

I think thats why friend mail settings were implemented for ? Put your friend and runner on friend list if you dont wanna talk to anybody else ?
