Besides, runners will only cash out big time if they got guys willing to pay their transfer fee, cuz most runners make like 10, 20k per run, they'd lose money if they payed the fee themselves. But it'd be a good option to have if you needed shit from your runner FAST (but personally I wouldn't use it for every run, the high fee would make it not worth it). So I think the game will stay quite balanced
