I tried searching to see If it has been suggested before but didnt find anything related to this.

well here I go.

when your in the infirmary but only from fighting, your avatar should look beat up/ bruised or bandaged up or something like that. just for the time your in the infirmary.

for Example have you ever played Streetfighter?? you see how when you lose your guy looks all beat up.

anyways I thought that would be a cool addition to the game...

It's been suggested, and deemed not worth the effort. You have a badge saying you're in the infirmary... pretty much enough.

How about for this idea to be added to the surgeon? Customise your char to look as if its had a rough time in prison.

well they do have avatar's that look kinda Roughed up lol

Yeh, but a few more things like bruises bumbs cant hurt online right?
