Would this be considered bullying? 

So Bronson is raiding my cell and attacking me, I ask him what's up. He says he gets paid to raid and that if I want him to stop I will send him one of each item in my cell because that is what you get from a raid. 

He says that if I don't send him these he will still finish the raid and keep attacking me from now on.........

in all honesty, with his attacks, mugs and raids, bronsons stats are very level 11ish. so you should be able to take him
