I got 133 energy and i got 320 stamina.... i know you should have twice your nrg but is that ratio ok??

yes the more stamina the better i think

you'll have to play around a little bit. some energy amenities give bigger boosts than others do, even if they have the same values. i've found that i get the best stat gains when i have 5-8% stamina left over when training with full energy. so with 133 energy, you might do better with around 277 stamina. see if you can remove a few stamina amens and add some +2 energy

much. you'll have to do some tests like i said, (sorry for spying), but if you can replace 1 of those tp's with a +5% stamina dvd, you should have a perfect ratio.

Edit: actually just add a 5% stm dvd, looks like you have an open space

ok i just threw a second office chair in but then i OD so i didnt get to see... Before i put the chair in i was left with 1% stm but i should have 7 or 8 percent now with the chair.... Your a mind full of useful info steve.. Thanks
