i would make a paypal but when i signed up i entered the wrong adress for my bank and its glitched on me and i cant resolve that issue

there is a spot where it shows the credit cards near the bottom left of the screen where u can click if ur using a credit card

Doesnt work, im from UK btw using a Visa

i think it sometimes can't verify credit cards. the first time i tried using mine it wouldn't accept it but a week or two later i had no problem using the same card, and i never initiated anything with the credit card company on the matter.
