i am very interested to learn who actually knew the bootlegs being safe from confiscation in cell presets was an actual bug? and how did you know this?  i assumed, as did everyone i know, that dvd safety in presets was just the way it was.

you are safe to come forward as it has been announced that there wont be anybody penalised for exploiting it.

cheers.

Pretty much this. I didn't even pay attention to losing one once it was saved. Always thought the risk was when you first bought the CD. However, I also was under the understanding that you may not get the DVD back if it was confiscated. Which to me sounded balanced. Initial risk of putting it in first of never getting it back then having it safe from confiscation if you get it in and preset it.

Its certain to haunt me for the rest of my days if I find no-one who knew about it!!

well i saw a thread from way before i started, stating that dvds could get taken from presets, but i thought, as i didnt get none taken, that this was changed.... but i guess not. so, in a shitty sense, i knew

Miraculously, you manage to catch Whispario off-guard and snatch $5,253 from him You catch gabots, and manage to take $9,315 in cash from him. You earn 113306 EXP!

From day one I have been under the impression that once we sweated enough bullets and finally got our cells right, we could save them as presets and not mess with them until we had something we wanted to add to them. No clue this was a bug...how was I to know?
