Like when they post in the SB, theyr'e last seen is refreshed...People don't refresh to get outta hits

Let me see if I understand what you're asking...

When a player gets a hit placed on them, they will intentionally not sign in or perform any actions. This way their status remains "offline", and the hit can't be completed. However, players can dick off in shoutbox all they want, which does not count as an action, and so they remain "offline", even though they're shouting their big dumb face off.

Is that the gist of it? If so, I give you an "A" for the idea, "D-" for shitty explanation. Took me forever to figure out what you were trying to say.

What about if someone never get to shoutbox? A hit has 14 days don't be hasty try to be a stalker not everyone sticks to sb other than few retards
