It would be nice if there was like a live chat window that allows you to chat with other inmates, like MSN Messenger, It would help alot, cause i have noticed that when i speak with my friends, it takes alot of time to have the discussion.

dont think this counts if you put it in context of a private messaging system, compared with the usual chatroom suggestion. private messages would be severely helpful
