I'll put it this way, let's say you get your cell raided successfully by a lvl1 dupe, (Much like who Mutilik was.Thank god he's been banned.) or anyone. Let's say he or she, took a pot of gold from you that way. if later that person is found to be a dupe, or is banned, whatever they got from other people that wasn't bought from the person they got it from, is given back to who they got it from.(also, if they had favors or respected bought for them, the person who bought it get's what they bought, the respected timer get's reset and the buyer get's respected for the time.Bought favors get returned to the buyer) if they mugged or raided the player to get the item or money, it's returned to the victim.Could help if something like Mutilik ever happens again.

Not happening. Getting banned for being a dupe doesn't change that you got pwnt. Nor am I going to dig through logs and verify the claims of every body who will pop up claiming to be owed something.
