At least lvl 4 I think. Probably should be higher but at least no lvl 1's for sure.

You know theres plenty of low levels that make crap gangs...but that lil prick has managed to gather a large ammount of hate lmao gotta give him that.

You know if he wasn't a little asshole and I didn't hate him myself. Then I might feel sorry for him and all the ass beatings hes gonna get when he hits lvl 2.
