There should be a crew page listing crews and amount of members. Also for creating a crew you need to have a certain amount and be a certain level and not have all these small crews being made.

I suggest a page like friends and enemies page i suggest one for your crew members so you can keep up with them and you can divide them from your other friends.

your suggestion would maybe be more practical, but I'm sure Mu will deny it if they are already working on something for gangs.
