yeah i see what yall are saying but i did it on purpose... if you notice.. the layer with his face icon is kinda BEHIND the bars... even though its actually on top and i erased the pieces of face where the bars were..
With that said... i definitely Did the fading the background in with the hand on purpose. Just because theres so much taking away from the background already, i wanted you to be able to see the prison fences, so it wouldnt just look like an average scene.
