I know 'gang members' tabs next to the 'friends' and 'enemies' tabs have been suggested lots before, but what about everyone getting one extra tab that they could rename/customise for what ever use they want.  Could be 'ultra-enemies', 'runners', 'gang-members' or even 'known beggars'!

 

That way people not in gangs etc can still get advantage from it and it would satisfy everyone?
