applied to my college shit this morning - the campus building in downtown brooklyn pretty tight - the shit is new for brooklyn... midtown one been there like 80 yrs... shit has all new computers and everything, small classes like 25 tops... im trying to start in july - and the counselor guy really hooking me up navy pay for everything - he puttin the zip code of the manahattan one cuz it pays out more for housing allowance - banking like 2600-2700 a month... all pocket money cuz imma live in my basement and "pay rent" yea ok...lol... but ppl dont gotta know... this guy trying to get me financial aid on top of all that lmao. another 300-500 a month in my pocket

1st time i went to college pre-navy - i didnt really give a fuck - 5 yrs later - i know wat hard work feels like - school is gunna be a breeze in comparison - i also get an intership my last quarter i take at the college - hopefully i can get one with nypd - get in with some ppl... i should be 26 or 27 by time im done... shouldnt take me more than 2 yrs cuz i got credits to transfer

That is very common with people. They don't take school very seriously at first then realize how easy it is to be trapped in low paying jobs without the education. Glad that you are going back. The money is nice, but the degree is priceless. I am a little halfway through my bachelors. I am going to finish that off and get my masters.

ON a different note...................I'm coming home I'm coming home.........woo hooo. My contract is up on Friday, so I am headed home first thing Saturday morning. I am not even telling the kids, so it will be a surprise when they see Mommy walk in the door. No more 7 days a week...no more 10 hours a day.....I cannot wait!!!!
