These option are availabe depending on the country where we live but sometimes other people want to buy favors and we dont have the option to tell them the code with their service should we have the option for both and zaypay so that we can provide any service code to the other person to buy us favors

i dont think Mu controls any of this but i dont see why everyone cant just have paypal

yes but then again its pretty easy to buy a pre paid credit card and use that...

As mentioned, I have no control there. Just because YOU have it available in your country, it doesn't mean the person buying for you has it available in theirs
