Well technically speaking they sorta do have a bank (kinda) You have to have family put money on your books in order to get commissary. It's more like credit cause you don't actually have money but family members give money to the jail they credit an account you have and then you can order items that you can have in your cell.

Its been suggested in the form of a amenitie as a debit card and suggested just like this with a differnt thread name. Both were rejected by Mufasa

Is it wrong of me to think that if you are in jail you don't deserve the luxury of having items to make your stay more 'comfortable' ?

This is not to say they don't have the right to basic necessities... but ordering items while they are serving their jail time.. seriously?

You act like I don't know what I am talkin about. I ain't sayin they get flat screen tvs but they do get commissary. I know. I have had family in prison.
