it was juss a suggestion, to potentially give the lower levels a chance. the ones that are broke, that constantly asking for money. but then again like i said, it doesn't even have to be just the weapons and armor.....it can be the items and drugs, which would b more effective in this matter, since thats something that gets used all the time. N its a luck of the draw thing......if you happen to catch it going on at that given moment. I also stated that either mass message or event pop up could be used to give a heads up and only have it go for like 30 min or somethin, at any random moment throughout the day.
